*The short course on CE will be held on Friday November 28 (all day) and Saturday November 29 (half-day). These prices do not include other activities planned during the Symposium, such as dinners and tours. However, all participants at the Symposium are encouraged to attend and interact with the invited speakers at these events. ** The Symposium Registration includes registration materials, opening & welcome reception and food and beverage during breaks, as well as access to all presentations and poster sessions.

*** A special rate has been arranged for all attendees at the Holiday Inn. The all inclusive plan includes all food and beverage at the hotel restaurants and bars. Certain restaurants require reservations. Beverages are limited to house brands.
